Delivery and pickup
Delivery is a flat $6.00 (including GST) Australia-wide, and free on orders of $150 or more. You can also collect free from our workshop — choose Pick up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
When it ships
Each quote shows a ship date. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day count from that day; later orders start the next business day. Finishes such as powder coating add the days shown in the configurator. Rush production, when offered at checkout, guarantees an earlier ship date for an extra charge.
Transit
Ship dates are when your order leaves us. Tracked delivery then usually takes a few business days depending on where you are; we email the tracking link when it ships.
Damaged in transit
Tell us within a few days of delivery, with photos — use the contact details on our website — and we'll sort out a remake or refund.
